Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information Frostmailer collects when you visit frostmailer.com, how we use it, and how you can control it. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.
How we identify website visitors
When you visit this site we use a tracking script, cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit: your IP address, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and your approximate location. We pass that information to our visitor-identification provider, which compares it against its own database of business contact records.
Where it finds a match we receive personal information about you that you did not give us directly: usually your name, work email address, employer, job title and professional profile links. We use it to contact you about our products and services, and we store it in our sales and marketing systems.
Under some privacy laws this counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, or as targeted advertising. You can stop it at any time.
How to opt out
You can exercise any of the following by emailing Support@frostmailer.com. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
- Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Ask us to stop identifying you and to stop using your information for marketing.
- Access what we hold. Ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you.
- Correct it. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Delete it. Ask us to erase it.
- Object or withdraw consent. Ask us to stop processing your information, including for direct marketing, which we will always honour.
You can also stop the collection at source by declining or clearing cookies in your browser, or by using a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts.
Other information we collect
- Account and order information you give us directly when you sign up, place an order or contact support, including name, email address, company and billing details.
- Affiliate referral data. If you arrive through an affiliate link we record the referral so commission can be attributed correctly.
- Support conversations, including messages sent by email or WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the business, including our visitor-identification providers, payment processor, email and CRM systems, and hosting provider. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties beyond the visitor-identification arrangement described above.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights and where to complain
Depending on where you live you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or state privacy laws such as the CCPA. Contact us at Support@frostmailer.com to exercise them.
If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
