Short answer: Zapmail is a strong self-serve option if you mainly want Google Workspace. Frostmailer is built for Microsoft volume, at €30 a tenant for up to 100 inboxes with the .com domain included, and it offers a done-for-you build that Zapmail does not.

When Zapmail is the better choice
- You only need Google Workspace and want to self-serve everything in one dashboard.
- You want add-ons such as domain monitoring (ZapShield, $3 a domain a month) or placement tests.
- You already send from ReachInbox, which comes from the same company.
When Frostmailer is the better choice
- You send at volume on Microsoft. One Frostmailer tenant is €30 a month for 25, 50 or 100 inboxes with the .com domain included.
- You want your infrastructure, copy and first campaign built for you. Build and Release does that from €1,000 a month.
- You want pre-warmed Azure (€50 a tenant) alongside pre-warmed Google (€8 an inbox, domain included).
- You want a human on WhatsApp when something needs fixing.

Does Zapmail sell Azure tenants?
Zapmail sells Microsoft 365 mailboxes per seat. Frostmailer sells Azure tenants, where one tenant includes a .com domain and 25, 50 or 100 inboxes for €30 a month.
Does Zapmail's price change after a year?
Zapmail's help centre says plans move from introductory to standard renewal pricing after 12 months, for example Starter becomes $59 a month plus $6 a mailbox. It gives Google and Microsoft's global policies as the reason.
Do both have an API and MCP server?
Yes. Zapmail offers an API on its Pro plan and an MCP server. Frostmailer's REST API and MCP server are available on every account.
