Key takeaway: Azure and Google need different warm-up settings and they are not interchangeable. Instantly's own suggested defaults, 10 warm-up emails and a 30 percent reply rate, are too aggressive for cold infrastructure.

These are the exact numbers we run on Frostmailer inboxes in Instantly. Pick the block that matches the mailboxes you bought.

Microsoft Azure, per inbox

Days 1 to 14: 5 warm-up emails per day, increasing by 1 per day. Target reply rate 65 percent.

Day 15 onwards: 2 cold emails per day, warm-up maintenance at 5 daily, 60 to 80 minutes between sends, hold 65 percent reply rate.

Azure is a breadth play. Volume per inbox stays deliberately low and you scale by adding inboxes and domains, never by pushing these numbers up.

Google Workspace, per inbox

Sending limit: 15 emails per day. Warm-up limit: 20 emails per day, increasing by 2 per day.

Reply rate: 35 percent. Spacing: 20 minutes between sends.

Google tolerates far more per inbox than Azure, which is what the higher per-inbox price buys. Never apply these numbers to an Azure tenant.

Where these go in Instantly

Under Warmup settings, set Increase per day, Daily warmup limit and Reply rate to the figures above. Instantly pre-fills 10 and 30 percent. Overwrite both.

Under Campaign settings, set the Daily campaign limit and Minimum wait time to match, and leave Campaign slow ramp enabled.

Warm-up is not a phase you finish. Leave it running the entire time the inbox is sending. It is the background noise that keeps reputation alive.
